Users have the ability to log onto the NETg Learning.com site and select a topic-specific classroom in which to chat with a mentor. Enter the WNL eLearning Portal www.netglearning.com training site and select the Global Mentoring icon located on the left navigation menu on your NETg Learning home page. Simply click the Global Mentoring link to select from a list of mentoring classrooms. Once inside your classroom, click on the text box to begin chatting with your live, certified mentor.

When should I use Global Mentoring?

Once inside the Global Mentoring environment, you have ability to access topic-specific classrooms that correspond directly to your NETg courseware. This ensures that you will be chatting with mentors who are certified in the area of expertise that you are seeking assistance in. Each classroom is monitored by certified mentors 24x7. You can access your certified mentor at any time during your training in order to:

LET'S GET STARTED

• Access the WNL eLearning portal and log on.
• Select ‘Global Mentoring’ from the left navigation menu on the WNL online learning portal page.
• From the Global Mentoring home page, you’ll be able to click on the Global Mentoring link which opens a new mentoring window.
• The ‘Rooms Tab’ listing will display all of the mentoring classrooms to which you have access.
•  Simply click on the desired topic specific classroom for which you’d like mentoring. Begin chatting with your mentor by typing in the text box located at the bottom of each classroom.
•  For quick access to additional classrooms, simply click on the ‘Rooms’ tab located at the top of your screen.
• There’s no time limit and you can access as many classrooms as you like.
